- Your photo order will be delivered to your home or to the school, depending on the delivery option you select when ordering
- Fill out this form and have your player bring it on the photoshoot day.
- We will email or text you the link to place an order.
- Please wear the correct shoes as they may show in the photo.
- You will be notified by text and/or email when the photos are ready
Button Information
A separate sports button order form will be provided for every athlete. Button sales are a Lakeshore Soccer Boosters fundraiser and are paid separately to the Soccer Boosters. Tucker Photography does not collect payment for button orders.

Even if you don’t plan to order, we MUST take a photo of your child, so please fill out this form. (We may composite teams from individual photos, so if we don’t have one, the player won’t be in the team photo.)
